UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Indigenous issues wearing Chakma scarf called 'Haadi'

The scarf was gifted to the honorable SG by Binota M Dhamai on behalf of all the indigenous delegates from Asia.

This year, 6 representatives from Bangladesh are attending the 13th session of the Forum: Mangal Kumar Chakma, Binota Moy Dhamai, Dipujjal Khisa, Pallab Chakma, Hana Shams Ahmed and Bipasha Chakma. Also, Raja Devasish Roy, Chakma Circle Chief is attending the Forum as an expert member of the Forum from Asia region.
